i had a fantastic long stay at hilton, much better than my last experience in phoenix. the complimentary breakfast with made-to-order omelets really set the tone for my mornings. the spacious king suite made me feel right at home, and the friendly staff added a personal touch to my stay.

I loved my time here because it was so close to the Heard Museum, where I got to enjoy some beautiful arts and culture, and I also strolled over to Encanto Park, which had stunning views and peaceful walking paths that made my mornings special. the hotel offered well-equipped king suites that were clean and perfect for unwinding after exploring every day.

During my stay, I found the staff to be quite friendly and accommodating, particularly at the complimentary drink bar where one bartender was great with conversation. The location is excellent, as it is very close to downtown and public transport options, making it easy to explore the city. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast, specifically the omelet station, which lacked flavor and variety. Overall, though, my experience was enjoyable, and I appreciated the cleanliness of my King Suite.

The stay included helpful staff at check-in and a fantastic breakfast with tasty sandwiches. However, the room felt smaller than expected, and there was a lack of variety in the breakfast offerings. I also needed a handicap shower chair, but it wasn’t available, which was disappointing.

Overall, this hotel had nice staff and a beautiful lobby, but the cleaning needed improvement with stained sheets and outdated decor.
